An anger management course will give you the skills and techniques to help you achieve emotional balance!

Course Structure

2 days of interactive sessions to be held 09.00 – 16.00.

Aims:

Discover the possibilities of achieving and maintaining emotional balance.

Objectives: 

Gain an understanding of positive and negative emotions and the consequences they have on health, relationships, society, and wellbeing.

Learn how to address negative thinking, attitudes and behaviours, using a more positive helpful approach.

Transform unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

Gain self confidence as you gain trust and belief in yourself.

The course aims to deliver training using the following methods:

  • Music

  • Interactive DVD & CD programmes

  • Workshop manuals

  • Course hand outs

  • Questionnaires and assessment sheets

Upon completion all clients will receive a certificate of training.

  • Compass Tutors are trained in Anger Management and have a professional qualification in counselling and/or psychotherapy

Anger management courses are available to:

  • individuals (18+) who live in Sefton

  • individuals (18+) who are registered with a Liverpool GP
